Revoke access to a file

A user with the Manage access level can revoke access rights from other users except the Owner of the file.

If the Owner of the file is deleted from the system by the administrator, a mark (inactive) is displayed to the right of his/her name.

To do this, follow these steps:

1.Open the file in the cloud.

2.Open the Sharing settings window in one of the following ways:

Click the basic_menu button and run the Share command from the main menu.

On the Protection tab, click t_protection_share Sharing settings.

When working in macOS, run the Share > Sharing settings command from the command menu.

3.In the window that opens, click users_remove_icon Revoke permission next to the names of the users you want to revoke access to the file.

4.Click Close.
